EduManage processes student, staff and guardian data solely to provide school-management services to the school that controls it. Each school's data is isolated in a multi-tenant architecture and scoped to that school on every request.

We do not sell personal data. Data is used to operate features the school enables — results, finance, attendance, communications and AI assistance — and is retained while the school's account is active.

Schools and individuals can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us. A full privacy policy is available on request as we finalise documentation for launch.

EduManage is provided to schools under a service agreement. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for managing their users' access in line with their own policies.

The service is offered on an “as available” basis during this early period; we work closely with founding schools and communicate planned changes. AI-generated content (lesson plans, questions, briefings) is a drafting aid and should be reviewed before use.

Access is governed by role-based permissions across seven roles, and every change to students, results, fees and user data is recorded in an audit log.

Data is stored with a managed cloud database provider, and the application enforces school-level isolation on every query. Sensitive operations require authentication, and security headers and a content-security policy are applied across the app.
